#CageClub #091 – Looking Glass (2018)
Whether or not Looking Glass is a good movie or not is up for debate. What isn’t up for debate is that it’s loaded with Nicolas Cage, who seems to alternate between being mentally checked out and crazed. All we know is that in this Cage-starved climate we’re in, any Cage is better than no Cage at all. On the one hand, you could argue that this movie is trying to be a combination of Psycho and Rear Window, minus all the good parts. On the other hand, in this movie, Nicolas Cage uses a dollar bill to clean his eyeglasses. Who could possibly argue with that?
