#MagicMics #002 – War of the Worlds (2005)

We made it all the way to the second episode of #MagicMics before we got to a movie without Channing Tatum. War of the Worlds is only the second Spielberg movie covered on the #CageClub Podcast Network, and only the second Tom Cruise movie covered as well. It’s a shame, then, that not only is Channing Tatum not in the movie, but the movie isn’t very good overall. His absence didn’t stop us from talking about this movie for an hour, though, as we imagined what role(s) he’d be perfect in and as we reviewed whether or not our guesses for his shirtless, dancing, fighting, and stripping scenes in this film were correct. (Spoiler alert: he was not in this movie, so they were all wrong… but not completely wrong! How is that possible? You’re going to have to listen to this episode to find out!)
